Shipping Policy
Processing time
We aim to ship the same day, or the next business day if same-day shipping isn't possible. In rare circumstances, processing may take longer. Preorder items ship after their official release date.
Shipping cost
Shipping is a flat $16 per order. All orders ship from the United States.
Insurance
Insurance is automatically applied to every order. We hold liability for all shipments until they are marked as delivered by the carrier. After delivery confirmation, liability transfers to the customer.
International orders
Buyers are responsible for duties, taxes, and compliance with destination laws. Refused or returned shipments may be refunded minus shipping and applicable fees.
