Refunds and cancellations
All refund or order cancellation requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis. To request one, email support@loospacks.com with your order number.
Returns
If you are requesting to return a product, it must be returned in the original condition. Sealed products must remain factory sealed. The buyer is responsible for return shipping on any item sent back to us.
Crypto payments
Orders paid with Bitcoin or USDC are verified manually before they are marked paid. If a verified payment needs to be refunded, we will coordinate the refund with you directly by email.
