How do I pay for my order?
We accept Bitcoin and USDC (Ethereum ERC-20). At checkout you'll see the exact amount and wallet address, plus a QR code. After sending payment, submit your transaction ID or a screenshot as proof.
Is there a discount for paying with Bitcoin?
Yes — paying with Bitcoin automatically takes 10% off your order total at checkout.
When is my order confirmed?
Crypto payments are verified manually. Your order stays pending until we confirm your payment on-chain, then it's marked paid. You can check any time on the order status page.
How much is shipping and how fast is it?
Shipping is a flat $16 per order. We aim to ship the same day or the next business day, and every order is insured until the carrier marks it delivered.
How do preorders work?
Preorder items show their official release date on the product page and ship after that date. You can reserve them now at the listed price.
Can I return a product?
