This is the Japanese Base Expansion Pack, the first set of the e-Card series, released in Japan in 2001. Its cards carry dot codes along the borders that could be scanned with the Nintendo e-Reader accessory.

The set was localized into English as the Expedition Base Set in 2002, making this Japanese booster box the earlier printing of that era.

The pack arrived quickly, securely and in box fresh condition! I had been struggling to find a reputable seller with reasonable prices for sealed vintage packs. I will definitely be buying from them again in the future.
